In a Nutshell
Salary Assistance
- Up to $100K per associate advisor
- No prepayment penalties
- No interest for 12 months
Fee Waiver
- Fully licensed: SIE, S7 & S66
- LPL Advisor/Program commits to a $3M NNA target during a 12-month timeframe
- LPL will defer the fees for the new hire for one year
- If the Advisor achieves $3M NNA over the defined period of time, the fees will be waived
- If the NNA target is not achieved, fees will be prorated and the difference repaid
- Include master rep ids of other Advisors’ in the office we do not look at the commissions split or if you are on a joint
