Salesforce Release Update 1.1: Advisor Driven Feedback – Layout Enhancements

Based on direct feedback from advisors, we’ve made several layout adjustments to improve visibility, consistency, and day-to-day workflow within Salesforce. These updates are designed to reduce scrolling, make key information easier to find, and better align the Household and Individual record experience with how advisors work.

What’s changed:

  • The Activity Timeline has been moved back to the left-hand side of both Household and Individual records for easier access and improved usability.

  • The Upload Documents feature has been relocated under the Documents tab on both record types for a more intuitive document workflow.

  • The Household section (on Individual records) and Household Members section (on Household records) have been consolidated under the Household Overview area to improve organization and visibility.

These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to evolving Salesforce based on advisor input and real-world usage. Your feedback continues to directly shape how the platform is built and refined.
