More than a personality test
Earlier this month Steve Hopkins of the Oliver Group presented a session on The Predictive Index to top producers at the GVA VAST conference in Austin. The Predictive Index (PI) is more than just a 5 minute personality test. The PI is an assessment to better understand yourself and your core operating style to the extent you are able to marry up your strengths with those that you work with and come in contact with (colleagues, peers, direct reports, and clients) to create better rapport, a better work environment, and ultimately better success.
