Scheduled Maintenance Notice: Fact Finder & Risk Questionnaire
The Fact Finder and Risk Questionnaire will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance from Wednesday, June 17 at 2:00 PM ET through Thursday, June 18 at 2:00 PM ET.
During this maintenance window, advisors and clients will be unable to access or submit Fact Finders or Risk Questionnaires.
What This Means
- New Fact Finder and Risk Questionnaire submissions will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
- Advisors should plan accordingly and avoid sending new Fact Finder or Risk Questionnaire requests immediately prior to the maintenance window.
- Any forms currently in progress should be completed before June 17 at 2:00 PM ET. Forms submitted during the maintenance window may not be processed correctly.
Reminder Communications
To help minimize disruption, GVA will send:
- A reminder notification approximately 24 hours before the maintenance window begins.
- A follow-up notification once maintenance has been completed and the Fact Finder and Risk Questionnaire are fully operational.
