You Asked, We Listened: Vendor Requests Made Easy

A new Vendor Request feature is now live on the GVA Intranet (gvaria.com), making it easier than ever to submit new vendor requests for review by GVA Compliance.

How to Submit a Vendor Request

  1. Visit the GVA Intranet.
  2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner (three horizontal lines).
  3. Select “Submit Vendor Request.”
  4. Complete the form with all required information and click Submit.

Once submitted, the request is automatically routed to our Compliance team for review.

Tracking Your Request

Wondering what happens next? You can easily monitor the status of your request directly in Salesforce.

If the submission is not a duplicate, it will appear in the “GVA Vendors” list view under the Households & Individuals tab. From there, you can see whether a vendor is:

  • New Request
  • In Review
  • Pending Approval
  • Approved
  • Declined
  • Former

Clicking the vendor’s name (shown in blue) will open the full record, where you can view key details such as description, industry, and contact information.

Not Seeing the same view as below?

  • Click the table icon in the top-right corner and select Kanban.

Centralizing vendor information in Salesforce allows us to maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date records across the network. This functionality strengthens our “single pane of glass” approach—giving advisors and teams reliable access to the information they need, when they need it.
